Note to Homeowner: No record of permit for kitchen remodel. Permit needed for kitchen remodel. New circuits have been added to kitchen that will need to be inspected. Please call with any questions.
Note: Original plans for a 400A service upgrade has been cancelled by the homeowner.(May upgrade in the future) Existing service to remain a 200A. Existing hot tub circuit will be disconnected at hot tub and panel to ensure Service load is below 200A. New branch circuits (Pre wire at this time ) such as new laundry, car charger will remain at locations and will be disconnected at panels and, at outlet boxes will be blanked off. A permit will be require for future 400A service upgrade and for pre wire branch circuits connections.

1) Sub Feeder strands shall not be damage at new basement sub panel terminals. 110.14
2)EGC's shall provide a thoroughly good connection, currently loose on left side of panel. 110.14
3)Terminate all EGC's at New basement sub panel.
4)cap off unused conductors inside sub panels.
5)Secure NM & SER cable within 12" Subpanel Enclosures. (Top and bottom)
6)Install the correct size NM cable connector for New sub panel feeder terminating into existing basement panel.
7)Protect horizontal runs of NM cable in unfinished area of basement.
8)No power to fridge and microwave.
9)GFCI protection req for receptacles within 6' of wet bar sink.
10)GFCI protection req for receptacles under wet bar sink.
11)Open Jboxes in crawl space.
12)Support SER in crawl space and terminate unused ends into boxes, (Can not leave ends hanging in crawl spaces)
13)Light missing in front of water heaters.
14)GFCI receptacles not allowed in ceiling. GFCI receptacles shall be readily accessible.

16)Hot tub loads puts service over 200A. Per Conversation with EC and GC, Hot tub was gonna be disconnected.
