Referral request from the Town of Castle Rock. New Hope Presbyterian Church (NHPC) is subdividing the existing NHPC Parcel at the corner of
Meadows Blvd. and Prairie Hawk Rd into two lots to sell off Lot 2 for a Medical Office Building
development by others. As a result, NHPC will now be located on the adjusted Lot 1 with the proposed
Lot 2 identified for the Medical Office Building development. The two lots will share existing site
improvements including site access, the parking lot and site detention system. The submitted NHPC
amended SDP reflects the lot subdivision, relocation of the existing Preschool playground out of the
proposed Lot 2 area and previous minor improvements to the Church not reflected in previous amended
SDP submittals. |
