Event Description: |
|
The Highlands Ranch Beer Festival is expected to draw approximately 2,000 attendees and will feature 56+ vendors, including breweries, distilleries, food vendors, and community partners. Parking will be available on surrounding roads and in the Town Center parking structure; however, guests are encouraged to use ride-sharing services to minimize traffic and parking congestion. Free water will be available to guests, and non-alcoholic and electrolyte beverages will be offered for purchase.
Staff will be equipped with radios and cell phones to communicate vital information across the event site, including coordination with volunteers, who will assist primarily with ticketing and managing guest access. Staff will also regularly circulate throughout the venue to monitor activity, assist vendors, and respond to guest needs or concerns.
Three off-duty sheriff’s officers will be stationed on site to patrol the grounds, monitor crowd behavior, and address any safety concerns. Officers will remain alert to signs of overconsumption and intervene as needed to ensure a safe environment for all attendees. |
