CBOE hearings will be held by telephone or computer using the Douglas County’s teleconferencing program, Microsoft Teams. Instructions to access the hearing will follow by a separate e-mail delivered at least three business days prior to the hearing. If you are unable to attend the hearing by phone or computer, do not file your appeal online. Please call 303-660-7302 with any CBOE questions.

Where do I find my Account Number, Assessor Review Number, and CBOE Appeal Number?

• If your Account Number starts with "R", it is located on the left-hand side toward the middle of the page on your Notice of Determination.
• Your Assessor Review Number is located on the top right-hand side of your Notice of Determination.
• Your CBOE Appeal Number is located on the top right-hand side of your Schedule Letter.
• To Sign In, you must provide your Account Number and either the associated Assessor Review Number or CBOE Appeal Number (if you have already filed a CBOE appeal).
