CBOE Hearing Document Search Form

This service is offered to you as an efficient, timely and cost effective way to provide an advance copy of the information that will be presented by the Assessor at your scheduled CBOE appeal hearing.

This search form will be available from September 1st, 2011 through the end of the 2011 CBOE scheduled hearings. Every attempt will be made by the Assessor's staff to complete their review up to as much as 3 days prior to your scheduled hearing; however workloads may result in a shorter period of availability prior to your hearing.

If the search returns no document(s), then you may have entered an incorrect review or account number or the review has not yet been completed by the Assessor's office staff. The document archive is refreshed once each business day so please try searching again on the next business day.

Search Entry Type: From the list box, select the entry type you wish to search on. Either the CBOE review number (which begins with 2011) or your Douglas County Assessor property account number (which begins with an R0). This information can be found on your CBOE hearing letter.
Number: * Enter the CBOE review number which is the current year 2011 and 5 more digits in this format: 201112345 or the Assessor property account number which is has a capitol R, a 0 (zero) and 6 more digits in this format: R0123456
Special note: Always use zeros - not the letter O.
